Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Health and Safety Policy is designed to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all members, guests, staff, and visitors of Haddenham Social and Sports Club. We are committed to promoting safety and well-being by identifying and mitigating risks, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To manage health and safety risks in the club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide clear instructions and information and adequate training to ensure employees and members are competent to do their work safely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To engage and consult with employees and members on day-to-day health and safety conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To implement emergency procedures, including evacuation in case of fire or other significant incident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain safe and healthy working conditions, provide and maintain plant, equipment, and ensure safe storage\/use of substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy applies to all members, guests, employees, contractors, and visitors of the [Social Club Name].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Risk Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The club will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and determine necessary control measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk assessments will be reviewed annually or more frequently if necessary due to changes in activities or premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All identified risks will be addressed in a timely and effective manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
